THINKING OUT OF THE BOX, HELPED MATRIX® TO BECOME THE MARKET LEADER FOR INNOVATIVE MOLD CLAMPING SYSTEMS

THE PIN ART TOY INSPIRED US TO INVENT A POWERFUL INNOVATION.

Hubert Meintrup has perfected a very simple idea and managed to solve one of the most common problems in the industrial production: the high costs and effort that is needed to produce specific clamping jaws. When founding his company, he set his mind on always developing and marketing innovative products that didn’t exist before. For Hubert Meintrup only something genuinely new is innovative. His vision then and now: to simplify the work on or with geometrically complex components with the help of the MATRIX® clamping systems that offer an inversely accurate, secure hold for the most diverse objects.

Just like the famous pin art toy, the variably adjustable metal pins adapt to any possible shape. Inserted in holding devices, they are the perfect solution with which you can fix a wide variety of complex shapes. This “fixing idea” is becoming more and more popular and turns MATRIX® into the leading provider of flexible mold clamping systems and innovative fixture solutions worldwide.

The company is situated in the dynamic industrial region Stuttgart, which guarantees the best conditions for a further successful development. It’s all the more gratifying that MATRIX®, following an analysis by the F.A.Z. institute on 150.000 companies and research centers in Germany, was included into the top group of organizations with innovative strength. This is a great confirmation of our leitmotif THE PERFECT MATCH.

To meet the steadily growing demand for flexible automation solutions, we founded the MATRIX® AUTOMATIONS GmbH in 2016.
