The Principle
 Using a light spring pressure, the individually driven pins will produce a stable, part-specific form support within seconds.

The Products
 The basic elements of the X-Support systems are the pin modules, which adapt to their respective work piece according to the MATRIX Principle. For sensitive work pieces, the pins can be delivered with plastic or brass caps. Thanks to modular construction with intermediate elements, angle pieces and connecting modules, the X-Support allows itself to optimally adapt to the work piece and to the necessary conditions of the process.

All modules are available as individual components and as a complete set.

X-Support XL / XL Light

 Suitable for different work piece contours and heavy loads. Like all MATRIX System products, the individual parts of the X-Support XS as well as the XL are compatible with each other and can be constructed interchangeably in all possible ways.

31 to 67 pins with a diameter of 6 mm safely support the work piece on a surface of up to 50 x 100 mm. Up to 1.000 kg.

X-Support XS

The pin arrangement of the X–Support XS is similar to that of a "pin cushion“. Perfect casting and fixing of the smallest and most sensitive work pieces.

142 pins with a diameter of 2.5 mm provide a surface of 30 x 39 mm for a safe hold

X-Support SXS

For large and complicated work pieces on portal and horizontal arm measurement machines (HAM). Contour – exact casting, for example when analyzing parts in the automobile engineering industry.

X-Support SXS is flexible and applicable. 37 pins (Ć 2.5 mm) provide a surface of 26 mm2 for a safe hold.

X-Support F

The extremely flat X–Support F comes into play where the available work space is limited in height. Typical applications include are part processing using work piece carriers in flexible manufacturing set-up and assembly, small measurement machines, support for laser inscription.

Pallets, that are equpped with flexible pin systems, represent an economical alternative to conventional pallet construction. They allow quick and individual adaptation to the work piece carrier.

X-Grip XL

Saves a lot of time, with little expenditure. The complex work piece is fixed between two jaws and clamped – using only one tool. With this simple operation, results achieved much faster.

X-Grip XS

With axially mobile pins, the jaws of the X – Grip can adapt to each individual work piece as needed. Product – specific jaws are no longer required.

The X-Grip XS (pin diameter 2.5 mm) works like the X-Grip XL according to the same principle.

Different modules create the necessary connection for each application.
